Antioxidants in your skincare (Part 2)

As said previously in the previous post, antioxidants have been shown to improve skincare condition through diet and also topical application. Topical application is where we put our skincare products (moisturizer, toner, mask) onto the surface of our skin.

So now you might think that, “Yea I do need antioxidant in my skincare product. But how am i going to know if my product I'm using right now has it?” I’m kinda clueless too before this. So there are various types of antioxidants in skincare products which is vitamins A, C and E. Resveratrol, CoenzymeQ10, Niacinamide, Polyphenols, Flavonoids and Glutathione.

So when you’re buying a skincare product especially that is said to decrease aging process make sure that you are seeing an antioxidant in the ingredients.
